Managing Employee Wellbeing

‘Did you know that in 2016/17 stress, depression or anxiety accounted for 40% of all work-related ill health and 49% of all working days lost? (“Work Related Stress, Depression or Anxiety Statistics in Great Britain 2017” The Health and Safety Executive Report)’.

This course is for Business Owners/Directors and those in senior management roles. Through the topics covered, Mentor will provide support to positively manage the increasing demands placed on managers regarding better mental health for all staff and that includes yourselves.

I am pleased to announce that in conjunction with Mentor I am able to offer a half-day training workshop at the special rate. There will be opportunities, depending on interest, to book future courses for managers and a course targeted at staff.

The course will provide an understanding of common mental health conditions with resources used from the mental health charity, Mind. There will also be guidance on how to support employees in the workplace to achieve better mental health.
